Steven Ward

Steven is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Canon Pacific Partners, based in Newport Beach, California. Steven focuses on managing and expanding the firm's client and capital relationships, with direct involvement in all facets of overall business execution. Steven utilizes his deep institutional real estate background to assist Canon Pacific clients as they seek capital solutions for both their existing real estate assets and new acquisition pursuits.

Steven has held senior level capital markets positions at CBRE, Colliers and Savills with a focus on equity placement, recapitalizations, investment sales and buy-side advisory. He has completed over $8 billion in transaction volume across all major property types including office, multifamily, industrial and land development sites.

Steven’s multidisciplinary capital markets experience, extensive industry relationships, and successful track record executing complex real estate assignments, are key differentiators that greatly benefit Canon Pacific’s valued clients.

Away from work, Steven enjoys being active outdoors with his wife Hilary and their two children, including hiking, fly fishing, golfing and coaching his kids' youth sports teams.

Andres is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Canon Pacific Partners. Andres focuses on cultivating sponsor and capital relationships, evaluating investments, and developing unique capital solutions. As a principal in both ownership and brokerage roles during his career, Andres brings a wealth of hands-on investment experience and offers a unique 360-degree perspective to capital markets transactions.

Andres has held senior level positions at IAG Partners, Colliers, Savills, and CBRE, with a focus on acquisitions, joint-ventures, recapitalizations, and investment sales, across all major property types and risk-return profiles – a total investment consideration exceeding $5 billion.

As a bridge between sponsors and investors, Andres consistently delivers institutional-caliber execution with a boutique level of personal attention and trust. With his multidisciplinary background, quantitative skills, and entrepreneurial energy, Andres is able to achieve superior results for the firm’s clients.

Andres lives an active lifestyle and enjoys traveling with his wife Mary and their two children. He is passionate about community involvement and is a long-standing volunteer of the Giving Web.
